- Preserves surrounding words and compounds when a dictionary term is already present, including case and accent differences.
- Keeps long-form question punctuation and sentence boundaries consistent after the FluidAudio update.
- Respects the host's passive model-loading policy and restores installed model files without automatic repair downloads.
Requires TypeWhisper 1.7.0 or newer, macOS 14 or newer, and Apple Silicon. The 1.7.0 daily/RC channel is currently the compatible host line. TypeWhisper 1.6.x continues to receive the compatible Parakeet 1.3.1 release; its download remains available.
Dictionary correction is intentionally more conservative: names that differ substantially from the initial transcript may remain uncorrected. See PR #1323 for paired regression measurements and test details.
