TypeType 1.16.1

TypeType 1.16.1 stops the volume from jumping to 100% when u get signed out during a video. Web, server, token and downloader are all 1.16.1.

Fixes

• When the session ends during a video, the volume stays where it was instead of jumping to 100%, and the next videos keep it too. This fixes #392.
