New Features

• Quiet now uses the Keybase-inspired library local-first-web/auth for determining community membership. This will let us add support for removing users, linking multiple devices, DMs, private channels, and roles in upcoming releases.
• For now, only community owners can invite new users (in future versions, any user with the "admin" role will be able to do this) (#2729)

Note: this release contains breaking changes, so to use it you'll have to create a new Quiet community and re-invite members.
