We've got a new CLI bugfix release for you!

Summary of changes:

• more mail clients are now allowed, list now aligns with the list of node-mailer supported clients
• migration errors are now not hidden
• ghost run won't output an odd update check error anymore
• ghost status is now an alias for ghost ls
• ghost install --no-setup-linux-user works again
