Improvements
- Add new setting inside the player controls screen, to enable or disable progress bar scrubbing on the lock screen or control center
- Add new button inside the speed controls from the player, to open the full player controls screen from settings
- Make the chapter title in the player screen discoverable for VoiceOver
- Update VoiceOver controls for the speed controls
