Improvements
- Add support for folders and subfolders
- The import process is now faster, there's a new import screen with a preview of the items to be imported
- Add an error handler in case there's a migration error with a last resort to restore the library
- Dragging items in the library is now more efficient
- New app icon Forest Green
Bugfixes
- Autoplay was broken when selecting an already finished book
- Boost volume was being reset after pausing and resuming playback
