Important
This update contains BREAKING CHANGES:
- All users: You may need to delete and re-adopt your NAS once in
Devices and Services > Ugreen. All data will be kept, and all entities will automatically be re-created as long as you keep the default NAS unique name asugreen_nas. Please make sure you use the 'Add' button offered by autodiscovery instead of manually adding the NAS. - Pre-made dashboard users: Please run again through the Wiki page and replace your existing code with the new one to get all the new features.
👉 Changes: For end users
- The integration can now handle multiple UGreen NASes simultaneously (any models).
- The pre-made dashboard has been adjusted accordingly. It now also serves default pics for all NAS models in
www/community/ugreen. - Config flow has been amended to control Multi-NAS settings and individual display options for each NAS on the pre-made dashboard.
- Dashboard sort criteria for tiles and disks now working properly (both had wrong order in specific configs).
- Cache general info and cache disk entities / tiles have been reworked.
- Fixed an issue where the NAS would not wake up when pressing the
Wake On LANbutton.
👉 Changes: For fellow developers (internal changes)
- Add local brand icons and logos.
- Add further local languages for config flow (fr, es, it).
- Update and amend local translations.
- Add necessary consts for Multi-NAS and Dashboard.
- Create
select.pyandtext.pyfor Multi-NAS Dashboard features. - Implement changeable entity_prefix for Multi-NAS.
- Remove obsolete const_device_name.
- Add default picture files for Lovelace frontend.
- Implement automatic copying of picture files to
/local/community/ugreen(=/config/www/community/ugreen). - Further harden autodiscovery against double detection.
- Implement 'forgotten' cache summary entity.
- Move old
www/picturesrepo path to .deprecated. - Bump version to v2026.03.1.
