Changes:
- Updated: Changed HResult in log message to display in hex format.
- Updated: Repositioned tooltips on About page and added additional information.
- New: Added refresh button, menu selection and key (F5). Refresh will check for any updates that may have been applied while WUView was running.
- New: Added option to display updates in bold if they were applied on the current day.
- New: Setup will now copy it's log to the application folder as Setup_Log.txt.
