Changes:
- Fixed: Crash on first run when creating a new WUViewExcludes.json file.
- Fixed: Hopefully, fixed parsing of dates to UTC.
- New: Zip file for those that don't want to install WUView. WUView will write two files in the same folder. No registry entries are created.
