• Reworked logging for the TcEx framework to provide better flexibility.
  
• Updated logging of batch sizes to not log when there is not content.
  
• Moved the logging of App info to the args call.
  
• Added trace logging level (unsupported in platform currently).
  
• Added new testing module using pytest.
