[1.4] 🧐 New List Filter Options

The All Tasks and All Services windows now give you the ability to filter text
Just type something in and it updates in real time
You can also choose to filter within certain columns, and based on case sensitivity

Added "Copy Name" context menu option for selected rows in all windows
Now properly tracks auto start items across elevated and non-elevated runs.
- If you run it as admin (which is able to see more items), then run it later non-admin, it will no longer forget the elevated ones.
- This means you can switch between running as admin or not, and it won't keep marking ones you've seen before as new
- If running as non-admin after, any remembered elevated items will appear as grayed out, indicating not all details are retrievable unless running as admin.

For Portable version, download the .exe file
For Installer, download the .msi file (can be updated in the future via winget)
