🆕 New Features
- 📋 Today's Incident Summary — New panel at the top of the Stats tab showing real-time keyword-driven incident categorization from call transcripts. Six color-coded categories (🔥 Fire, ☣️ Hazmat, 🚑 Medical/EMS, 🚔 Crime, 🚗 Traffic, ⚠️ Disturbance) with expandable sub-breakdowns. Respects the system filter.
- Calls/Min & Calls/Hour counters — Replaced the previous Calls/5min counter with live Calls per Minute and Calls per Hour metrics.
🛠 Improvements
- Incident Summary repositioned to top of Stats tab (directly under system filter)
- Emoji icons throughout Incident Summary for visual clarity
- User delete now uses a transaction to cleanly remove related records before deleting the user (fixes foreign key constraint errors)
