Fixed

• Server — Tone alerts: short dispatch transcripts no longer blocked by 8-word voice rule

  • Pending-tone attach and tone DB alerts now use isVoiceForToneAlerts, which accepts meaningful short dispatch (e.g. station names and box numbers) while still rejecting tone-only text (BEEP, repeating characters).
  • Keyword alerts and other paths continue to use the stricter isActualVoice (minimum 8 words).
  • Example: call 39912391 (May 17, 2026) had a valid 6-word transcript but was classified as tone-only; orphan alert showed “no voice call available” despite voice on the recording.

• Server — CORS on public registration endpoints

  • /api/public-registration-info and /api/public-registration-channels now allow browser requests from the ThinLine Radio website and other origins (for public scanner directory pricing).

• Client — Unit label display

  • Search and main views use shared unit formatting so labels display consistently.
