New Features

• Server — Per-system “Auto-populate units”

  • New systems.autoPopulateUnits column (migration default false): when enabled, unit ID and non-empty label from incoming call metadata are merged into that system’s unit list
  • Operates independently of talkgroup/system auto-populate; default off so unit lists are not modified unless an admin opts in
  • call.Units is still derived from Meta.UnitRefs when empty for normal call handling and client emit

• Admin — System settings toggle

  • “Auto-populate units” slide toggle on each system’s settings panel with a short hint describing behaviour
