• Admin — Transcript Parser configuration loads with the main config: hydrates from options.transcriptParserConfig on the initial admin load instead of a separate HTTP request, so the panel opens immediately like other sections.

Fixed

• Server — Interactive setup wizard on Windows (and when psql is not on PATH): choosing local database setup no longer exits when only the psql CLI is missing; clearer menu text; password prompts use the correct stdin handle for terminals.
