• Configurable transcript parser with unit and dispatch-channel annotations — contributed by Carter (@Carter121) (#181)
  • Server: TranscriptConfig (word lists, aliases, corrections, reject list), fuzzy matching (Levenshtein), AnnotateTranscript with corrections and canonical substitutions, Unicode rune offsets for clients; GET/PUT /api/admin/transcript-parser; transcriptAnnotations on call, alert, and transcript API payloads
  • Admin: Transcript Parser configuration screen (lists, aliases, inline docs)
  • Client: shared transcript-utils / renderAnnotatedTranscript(); highlighted spans for units and dispatch channels in now-playing, call detail, alerts, and transcripts views
