- Removed the built-in agent plan tool and plan progress panel, including ACP plan updates, while keeping existing plan tool records readable
- Added the FutureInfra provider
- Added explicit Save and Cancel actions for API keys and service URLs, with saving separate from connection testing and drafts retained when saving fails
- Allowed custom providers to be saved without testing, and made connection checks use a chosen text model so one successful test does not imply every model is available
- Fixed custom-model edits losing the original model when saving fails and similarly named models sharing enablement status
- Preserved offline model lists, limited filtered batch actions to matching models, and made model controls fit smaller windows
- Fixed failed memory reflections being treated as complete, so invalid model responses can be retried
