v2.3.4 — Traffic Manager and Traffic Analyzer fit the screen again

• Fixed: the QoS and Traffic Analyzer pages rendered oversized and ran off the right edge of the screen, with no scrollbar to reach the rest. Both pages carry a "FAQ" panel that slides in from the right, and while closed it is parked just off the edge of the page. A change in v2.3.3 — the one that made "please wait" overlays centre on your screen instead of inside the framed page — swept that parked panel into the same rule, which changed how it is positioned. As a side effect its off-screen parking started counting as real page width: the page reported itself about 460 pixels wider than it was, the shell stretched the frame to match, and every panel on the page stretched with it. The last column then sat outside the window. Only these two pages were affected, because they are the only two with that panel. The panel is now excluded from that rule and behaves exactly as before.
• And the reason there was no scrollbar: the content area could not scroll. The container holding the page is a grid cell, and a grid cell will not shrink below its contents unless told to — so instead of scrolling, it grew, pushing the page past the edge of the window. It is now allowed to shrink, which means any future case like this pans on a scrollbar rather than hiding content. The failure mode becomes visible instead of invisible.
• Nothing else changed in this release. v2.3.3 was built and flashed before this was found, so the fix ships as its own version rather than altering what v2.3.3 means — two different images should never share a version string.
