PC Settings polish: each on-screen readout is now its own row on the in-game page.

Changed - PC Settings: one row per on-screen readout
On the PC Settings page the on-screen readouts were seven small checkboxes on
one line, awkward to step through with a D-pad. Each is now its own row -
On-screen readouts, then Frame rate, GPU, Video memory, CPU, System memory
and Bars - with its own explanation in the help line. The setup screen keeps
the compact line. Checked in play by the owner.
Upgrading: unzip over your existing install, or use the in-game updater. Settings, saves and texture packs are untouched.
