Bug Fixes

• Security View & Summary: Exclude Tankerkoenig binary sensors from security view and summary card count (#161, #137)
  • Tankerkoenig creates binary_sensor entities with device_class: door for gas station open/closed status — these no longer appear as doors in the security section
  • Platform-based filter via entity registry (extensible SECURITY_EXCLUDED_PLATFORMS set)
