Streaming
- Added Vyla direct streaming as the default TV streaming method.
- Torrent streaming is still available as an alternative and can be enabled from the TV expandable cards in Settings.
Anime
- Added a new season picker to anime details.
- Seasons can now be selected from a single anime page instead of relying entirely on separate season cards. For example, entering a JoJo Part 6 page now lets you select the relevant season directly.
- Merged anime parts/stages into a single page, instead of separating them into individual pages such as Season 1 Part 1 and Season 1 Part 2.
TV & Media
- Added backdrops to the TV details page.
- Improved the details image viewer.
Game Enrichment
- Added optional Steam enrichment for repacks.
- Steam enrichment can independently add information such as descriptions, backgrounds, logos, and other Steam metadata.
- Improved game naming. Messy release names such as
Cyberpunk 2077 VERSION 1.12 DENUVOLESS...are now displayed as simply Cyberpunk 2077, with the additional release information shown underneath as smaller, less prominent text. - Added an option in Repack Settings to show game names underneath grid cards. Off by default.
Downloads
- Improved download security with peer ID randomization.
- Clicking a download card now opens a detailed panel underneath it.
- Added the ability to enable or disable individual torrent files while downloading, alongside per-file progress and additional download details.
UI & Experience
- Completely redesigned onboarding to be cleaner and easier to manage.

TBHB API
- Updated the TBHB API with Nyaa integration and other improvements.
- Added filtering by aggregator/source.
Other
- Added MSI installer.
Install: download the MSI and run it. Choose the install location in the setup wizard. It installs for the current user with a Start Menu shortcut, no admin prompt, and no forced file associations.
Portable: download the ZIP, extract it, and run PiraChest.exe. The ZIP .sha256 file contains the checksum used by the built-in updater; the MSI .sha256 verifies the installer.
