Added Metapixel 111 Passive particle quack toggle. If present, passive aprticles will be toggled on and off when quacking
Added Metapixel 112 Passive particle condition. The condition to when particles should spawn in passively, 0 = Always, 1 = Hat is being worn, 2 = Hat is not being worn, 3 = Currently quacking, 4 Currently not quacking, 5 Hat is held
Added Metapixel 113 Passive particle override quack. If present, quacking will not generate particles
