Unified the script to work across both Radarr and Sonarr. Build process automated for both containers.
Also:
- Renamed shell variables to avoid potential name collision
- Errors now show up in the native Radarr or Sonarr log in addition to the striptracks.txt log
- Reduced the maximum log size to 512KB
- Additional check for mkvmerge
