Turnip A8xx test: Adreno 850/845 (Mesa MR 45384) pre1

Test build. Not a normal release. A8xx Turnip with Adreno 850 / 845 support added from Mesa MR 45384 (freedreno: add basic device support for Adreno 850 and 845, Qualcomm: Lakshman Chandu Kondreddy / Tupili Krishna Gowtham Reddy; not merged in Mesa yet). Requested by Kimchi (K11MCH1) for Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 phones.

• Mesa main 02f13375231bf0a9ed20b09cb21171351053be52 (2026-10-24) + the two MR patches + our usual A8xx stack (Max's WinNative series, gen8 patch, 64 KB shared memory).
• Files: A8xx (AdrenoTools / Wine containers), A8xx-Wayland (Bannerlator Wayland containers), A8xx-Linux (Bannerlator Linux runtime).
• Driver name in the app: "Mesa Turnip A8xx 850-845 test pre1".
• Not device-tested: we have no Adreno 850/845 device. Only the A8xx files are in this build; other GPUs should keep using the normal releases.
• Built by CI run 40159815906 (dry run, all 14 jobs green) from branch feat/a8xx-850-845 (1bc851d7); only the driver name/description in meta.json was changed afterwards.
