The app now follows which Termix plugins are turned on, and RDP asks for credentials when a host has none saved.

- Hide host actions, editor sections, settings and keyboard tabs for features the server has turned off
- Refresh the server's features on pull to refresh, when the app comes back and when the server reports a feature is off

- Renamed Server Stats to Host Metrics, including the home screen widget, to match Termix

- RDP asks for a username and password when the host has none saved instead of failing with a security type error (#1372)
