Wheel Wizard - Release Notes

Here are the changes from 1.6.0:

New download/progress popup window
New question popup window
It now shows in all the settings pages if the first settings have not yet been set
Added window scale setting where you can make Wheel wizard bigger or smaller
Path settings now open the folder of the designated path IF it has been filled out, otherwise it just opens it like normal
The settings related to dolphin now reload once you change the user path setting
Darkens the main window when a popup is opened
