Minor Changes

  • #549 8b3a032 - Add the hideInAutomation config option. When it is true, the devtools do not render in a browser that automation drives (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium), detected by navigator.webdriver. This keeps the devtools out of end-to-end test selectors. The default is false.

  • #550 7b5f1ee - Add the openAsModal config option. A dialog opened with dialog.showModal() makes the devtools inert. With this option, the open panel moves on top of such a dialog and takes input, and the app dialog is inert until the panel closes. Open the panel with the open hotkey while the dialog is open.

Patch Changes

  • #544 f315fe8 - Listen to pointermove on the trigger buttons directly instead of through Solid's event delegation. The delegated document handler left event.currentTarget on <html> for every later pointermove listener, which broke libraries such as react-resizable-panels.

  • #542 9c58288 - Remove the intent bin from the published packages. It took over node_modules/.bin/intent from @tanstack/intent and imported the removed @tanstack/intent/intent-library subpath. The packages now have the tanstack-intent keyword, which current @tanstack/intent uses to find their skills.

  • #543 bbe529a - Require solid-js 1.9.13 or later. Our compiled output imports use from solid-js/web, and the server build of solid-js 1.9.12 and earlier does not export it. Before this fix, SSR apps with an older solid-js in their lockfile could not start the dev server.

  • #557 f4ca00c - Cap the solid-js peer range at ^1. The previous open-ended >= range would accept Solid 2.0.0 once it is released, but these packages are built against Solid 1 and do not work with Solid 2.

  • Updated dependencies [bbe529a, f4ca00c]:

    • @tanstack/devtools-ui@0.7.2
