Fix joins over rows keyed by
NaN. The index compared row-key prefixes with===, which treatsNaNas unequal to itself, while theMapholding the prefixes treats it as one key. A retractedNaN-keyed row then never cancelled, so the join published a duplicate row or threwMismatching prefixes. (#1956) -
Keep keyed records distinct when keys or values share text across types, contain delimiters, or hold different symbols and functions. Prevent a retraction of one record from canceling a different record. (#1967)
