A bunch of bugfixes and improvements in this release:

• Fixed #404: Tabular Editor should no longer crash when the tooltip is shown for a BPA rule that has errors.
• Improved deserialization from a folder structure where files have been manually deleted
• Improved UI behaviour when connected to a Power BI model (UI will now only let you make changes expected to be supported by the Enhanced Model Metadata preview feature, unless the "Allow experimental Power BI features" setting is enabled under File > Preferences) (related to #416).
• Included tabulareditor.pbitool.json file in installer, which will provide upcoming integration in the Power BI Desktop Ribbon once the "External Tools" feature is available in Power BI Desktop. (More information - skip to 0:31)
