Fixes a couple of additional issues:
- #397 - Deserialization issue when loading a model from a folder structure, that would sometimes cause objects to lose their links to other objects, if the linked object was renamed shortly after model load
- #305 - Wizard UI now remembers deployment settings when deploying to the same database multiple times in a row
