This version of Tabular Editor contains two major new features:
- Support for Calculation Groups and Compatibility Level 1470 - Note: The installer includes some .DLL's that are not yet available on NuGet. This version will be updated to use the NuGet version of the DLL's once they are released.
- Much improved Best Practice Analyzer

Minor improvements:
- #120 Deployments can now be gracefully cancelled. Thanks @albertospelta !
- #255 Partitions can now be toggled in the Explorer Tree
- Added a .Tokenize() method to objects that have DAX expressions, which is useful for Best Practice rules like this
- Added System.Data.dll to the Scripting Engine, which lets you use the SqlClient namespace in your script (for things like reading and writing metadata to a SQL Server database)
- Database name/ID may now be changed in the UI or through command line, when saving a file as a Model.bim or folder structure
- Added Compatibility Level 1470 option to Best Practice Analyzer
- Dragging measures/calc columns between tables should no longer deselect
- DAX Formatter can now be invoked using short/long formatting (#262)
Bug fixes:
- #248 Dynamic LINQ now performs NULL checks when accessing object members
- Explorer Tree should no longer flicker when typing a Dynamic LINQ filter
- #180 + #247 Table permissions now appear as separate objects in the tree, allowing us to edit RLS filter expressions in the Expression Editor
- BPA background scan improved stability
