HDR to SDR v3.1.4

What's new

• The window title now shows the app's version (e.g. "HDR to SDR Converter v3.1.4"), so you can tell at a glance what build you're running.
• Added a "Report an Issue" link in the app footer that opens the GitHub issues page directly.

Fixes

• Displayed source bitrate no longer reads ~6% higher than Windows Explorer's reported bitrate for the same file — the app now reconstructs the video/total bitrate the same way Windows does (this resolves the "Known issues" item from v3.1.3).
