Rework update

• fixed several settings including grid view, global gradient, and global gradient not applying instantly, and it hiding the connecting part on the top left, also added suggestions system in settings, also some new settings for syncing game options or multiplayer server lists between instances, or to sync the skins between accounts that are dispalyed on the skins page
• onboarding - now when you open the app for the first time there is a small onboarding to explain what does what and allow to import from other launchers
• the accounts page now has your java friends system friends displayed on it, and you can now add accounts from other launchers directly on this page too
• small fixes and additions to the skins page including player render physics, animations, skin editor fixes, account skin syncing and some redisigns too
• instances page now has a brand new instance creator, and there also is a brand new icon system that allows rendering the versions' items, blocks and entities
• smaller redesign of the instances running section on the top bar's right
• some new developer features and admin panel
• • so much more smaller QOL things I forgot about
