That's mean 64Gram would fetch your language pack ID first, then fetch your language pack base ID.
For example, I am using "hongkong"(t.me/setlanguage/hongkong) and that language belongs to "zh-hants-raw"(base ID)
64Gram will try to get it from GitHub repo first,
If language file(hongkong) does NOT EXIST, then fallback to "zh-hants-raw",
When zh-hants-raw does NOT EXIST, English(en) will be used by default.
