Known issue:
- Placeholder widgets are identified by the provider application and so multiple widgets of the same type will get mixed up or dissapear
- Will not fix
- Deleted widget placeholder reappear on restart

- Restore widgets from backup / XML
- Widget placeholder persisted in DB
