• Extensions page: Fix all not being shown in Extensions page(Critical bug)
• Extensions page: Don't show installed if nothing is installed
• Extensions: ability to uninstall extensions that have mangas associated with (#32)

Note: If you used v.0.2.4, In order to let this bug fix take effect, clear localStorage from your browser. A guide on how to do so is available with a google serach.
