Bloodborne for Windows 1.9: Frame generation and memory fixes

New: Frame generation

  • Smoother motion: the game shows extra frames between its own, so 60 FPS on screen becomes 120, or up to 4x.
  • FSR 3.1 on any graphics card (2x), DLSS Frame Generation on GeForce RTX 40 (2x) and RTX 50 (up to 4x).
  • In the launcher and the in-game menu (Insert / L3+R3), with the multiplier.
  • The HUD stays sharp in the generated frames.
  • Works with the FPS unlocked: the multiplier runs as you choose it. "Fit to display refresh" limits it to what your monitor shows.
  • With V-Sync (AMD cards on Windows) the game is capped so all frames fit, e.g. 72 FPS for 2x on a 144 Hz monitor.
  • The FPS counter shows the game's own frame rate beside the total, e.g. "240 FPS (game 60, frame gen 4x)".
  • Adds a little input delay. Menus and movies are not generated.

Fixes

  • 4 GB graphics cards: no more "ErrorOutOfDeviceMemory" crash after visiting several areas (RTX 2050 and similar).
  • Video memory over long sessions: no longer keeps growing from area to area on 6–8 GB cards.
  • Ultrawide and high resolutions: the game starts again on PCs with less RAM or a small page file (5120x1440 stopped at start).
  • Mods: more mod folder layouts load (readme and preview files beside them, extra wrapper folders, screenshot folders). A folder that still can't load is listed in the launcher with the reason.
  • Graphics: many rendering fixes and better performance.
  • Changing the window or output size with full video memory no longer crashes.
