Fixes and new features for the Windows build of bbport, the native Bloodborne port by deadinside28.
Fixed
- No sound. The game's audio thread got stuck after its first buffer on Windows (and kept one CPU core busy, which also added stutter). Sound now plays normally.
- Black screen after the first start. The shader cache could be left half-written when the game closed, and the next start then stayed black. Cache files are now written safely. If you already have this problem, use Advanced → Clear shader cache once.
- AMD graphics cards. Three AMD-specific crashes on Windows are fixed: GPU memory blocks larger than AMD's driver allows, and two texture setups AMD's driver rejects. AMD support is still being tested; please send
user\last_run.logif your AMD card still crashes.
New
- Cheats page: never die, enemies do not see or hear you, Rally never fades, control the targeted enemy. Gameplay tweaks: no Rally, camera further away, no camera auto-rotation, run with less stick tilt, ragdoll physics. They are patches for game version 1.09 and are applied when the game starts.
- Play Bloodborne.exe starts the game with your saved settings without opening the launcher.
- Frame caps above 120 FPS are marked with ⚠: Bloodborne's movement slows down above about 120 FPS.
How to play
- Unpack
Bloodborne-Windows.zipanywhere (or over the previous version; your saves inuser\are kept). - Start

No game files are included. You need your own dump of Bloodborne CUSA03173; version 1.09 for the community patches.
Settings are not fixed: 1080p at 60 FPS, for example, is Display & FPS → Frame rate: 60 FPS and Graphics → Output resolution: 1920 × 1080.
