DS5 Bridge 1.6.4 is live.
- Improved Bluetooth pairing, reconnection, bond recovery, and controller lifecycle handling.
- Added the Devices tab with controller history, pairing, disconnect, and forget actions.
- Added fair audio/feedback interleaving so rumble, triggers, and lighting stay responsive during audio playback.
- Decoupled haptic/speaker gain,
- fixed trigger/lab tests during audio
- fixed battery/power reporting.
- Added BOOTSEL gestures for disconnect/pair, reboot, UF2 mode, and forgetting pairings.
- Added an Automatic Lightbar Restore toggle in settings. (Enabled by default, changes your LED 250ms after a game releases control)
- Added optional UART diagnostic builds.
- Added the official Discord link to the about section in settings.
- Added standard Pico 2 W and Waveshare RP2350B-Plus-W release builds.
⚠️ Do not download and flash Waveshare firmware unless you have a Waveshare board. ⚠️
TL;DR, Your controller should now connect in <2s instead of having to wait forever.
New Pairing/Connectivity guide
• Press BOOTSEL to disconnect or enter pairing mode
• Double-press BOOTSEL to reboot
• Triple-press BOOTSEL to enter UF2 mode
• Hold BOOTSEL to forget saved pairings
