In this release, we've enhanced the security and stability of the Collector with upgraded JRE, security patches, and bug fixes.

Upgraded Collector JRE to Amazon Corretto Version 17.0.20.10.1
Upgraded com.fasterxml.jackson.core packages to 2.21.6 to to address CVEs.
Upgraded org.bouncycastle:bc-fips to 1.0.2.7 to address CVEs.
Upgraded io.netty packages to 4.1.137 to address CVEs.
Upgraded org.bouncycastle:bcpkix-jdk18on to 1.85 to address CVEs.
