0.1.3 Older Bethesda Games Launcher Fix, SLR Fix, New Deps Installer, And Minor Improvemetns To VFS

A new deps installer window has been added. DotNet10SDK has been merged into the runtimes instead and updated to DotNet10SDK.

Older bethesda games should no longer prompt about an ini, mainly FNV FO3 Oblivion. Along with this, this will now come up if the game was detected during prefix creation.

SLR should now download correctly.

Minor changes to the VFS to make it faster 1-5%.
