• Adapt to the aiohomematic event-type/contract extraction: public event types (DataPointStateChangedEvent, DeviceRemovedEvent, …) now import from aiohomematic.event_types instead of aiohomematic.central.events
• New runtime dependency aiohomematic-contract (shared contract/event-type definitions)
