• Fix homematic.device_availability/device_error events silently dropped when event.device_name was empty (fallback to HA device-registry name)
• Auto-remove orphaned entity-registry entries (incl. disabled) on startup (#3176) — replaces the "enable → reload → delete" workaround
• Fix orphan cleanup deleting hub-backed entities (system_update, inbox, service/alarm_messages, install_mode, metrics, connectivity, program buttons) on every restart: sweep now aggregates all hub singleton/mapping DPs from hub_coordinator; delay reduced 120 s → 60 s
