• The "Create backup" button is back on an OpenCCU. 2.12.0 decided whether to
  offer it while the platforms were set up, before the central had started and before
  it knew it was talking to an OpenCCU, so the button was never added and only a
  restored, unavailable entity was left. The button is now added once the started
  central reports that it can create a backup (aiohomematic#3457).
