A typography and legibility pass over the landing page, decided in a live mockup rather than a build at a time.
The small print is white; amber now marks what you act on. Receiver names, the link and the buttons stay amber; the descriptive lines, the owner's message and the band conditions are white at 78%. When everything is the accent colour nothing is emphasised — the split gives the page a hierarchy it only had by accident when the background was black.
The text that needed a shadow finally has one. The page shadowed its title and its band conditions and left the receiver card lines and the owner's message with none at all, which is exactly why they were the hardest thing on screen over a busy band. All of it is shadowed now, and more heavily, because it has to survive carriers rather than a black background.
Everything you read sits on a plate, and nothing you read has an outline. The receiver cards are outlined because they are buttons — you press one to choose a radio. The owner's message, its link and the band conditions are read, not pressed, so they get the same dark ground and deliberately not the border. The cards gained that ground too; they previously had only a border, so their text sat directly on the spectrogram.
Follows 4.1.33, which turned that spectrogram from amber to Sonar Green — amber type over an amber picture being the pair that started all of this.
