VibeServer for macOS 11 RC15 — release candidate

on GitHub

VibeServer for macOS 11.0.0~rc15 (build 109965), notarised and stapled. Apple Silicon. Since RC14: Exit DAB always leaves DAB (no server report can reopen it); a server set to start in DAB starts in DAB when the app arrives first; a new chat phrase 'Tuning back — I was listening to that'; no abrupt stop when shutting down with an RTL dongle. RC14 brought every decoder rebuilt and measured on real off-air recordings, tune pacing on busy servers, per-listener channels that survive the app going to the background, and radio recovery after a hang or re-plug.
