VibeServer for macOS 11.0.0~rc14 (build 109964), notarised and stapled. Apple Silicon. Since RC13: every decoder rebuilt and measured on real off-air recordings — WEFAX (per-chart slant, DDK's border and long tone), NAVTEX (a new fldigi-based receiver), time signals (lightning, weak minutes, leap seconds, WWV/WWVH, DUT1), RTTY (follows a drifting station), SSTV (PD-50/90, Robot 72, lost announcements) and FT8 (more decodes, extra passes only when the machine has time to spare); a server set to start in DAB now does; bursts of tuning are paced when the server is busy; a per-listener channel keeps running while the listener's app is in the background; Airspy HF+ control messages can no longer hang the server.
