VibeServer for macOS 11 B5 (11.0.0~b5) — the fifth beta of V11, the same server as the Linux and Android releases. Supersedes 11 B4.
- Narrowing the FM passband no longer overloads the server. Setting a wide-FM passband below about ±50 kHz (by hand, from a bookmark, or typed) made the server's filter roughly fifty times longer: on smaller devices the audio came in fast, stuttering bursts, tuning stopped responding, and one listener could do it to everyone on a shared server. The cost now stays flat at every width, and wide FM has a sensible floor of ±20 kHz.
- The web player recovers on its own after a burst of late audio, instead of needing a page refresh.
Requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer, Apple silicon. Every binary and driver in the app is built from source for macOS 14 and checked by the build. Notarised and stapled.
