Simpler pause/play + SNR meter fix.
- Pause = disconnect, Play = reconnect. The mute-timeout, countdown and Data Saver settings are gone — the server releases the session on suspend anyway and reconnecting is near-instant. The lock-screen / Now Playing card now shows a clear Disconnected state (▶ reconnects), and a Failed to reconnect — open VibeSDR state with a ⚠️ if the server is full or rate-limited.
- SNR meter fix: the SNR was drifting with the waterfall zoom level because the noise floor was measured from the edges of the visible spectrum. It's now measured zoom-independently, so SNR stays steady as you zoom. (dBFS and S-meter were already correct.)
