High-detail map pack for the VibeSDR app's GPU maps (optional one-time download from inside the app).
Adds what matters when zoomed right in: ~70,000 GeoNames towns, the OpenStreetMap coastline (so runways such as Madeira's sit on land), runways and small airfields, national border lines, HydroLAKES lakes, finer roads and rail. Without it the app uses its built-in basic maps.
